Come to Capitol Park Museum as we partner with Louisiana Division of Archaeology to celebrate Archaeology Month. Make clay pots using ancient techniques, test your skills using an ancient spear-thrower (atlatl), weave a mat using palm fronds, use a pump drill to make a pendant, and participate in a mock dig. This event is FREE, and all are welcome to attend.  Join us from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for this Archaeology Month event!
