Workshop on Louisiana Songbirds
Saturday, April 23
10:30  a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Did you know Louisiana has more than 470 different bird species? And because of our state’s location on the Gulf Coast, we attract tourists, bird watchers, and local outdoors people who want to witness the spring and fall migrations of warblers, buntings, grosbeaks, flycatchers, thrushes, and other species who rest in our lush marshes and forests during their long migrations. Join us this month as we celebrate the birds of our state by creating a songbird using colored pencils and mixed media.
