Ed Talks with Forum 35

Join Forum 35's Diversity and Public Education Project committees as they host their first ever "Ed Talks" on March 29th at 6 p.m. A panel of education professionals from the public, nonprofit, and policy sectors will come together to discuss multiple topics surrounding public education such as resource gaps, the role of charter schools, how public schools are governed, among others.

Current panelists include Professor Belinda Davis, Associate Professor, LSU Political Science; Chris Meyers, CEO, New Schools for Baton Rouge; Verdie Battiste, Managing Director of Impact, City Year Baton Rouge.
