Join the Cane River National Heritage Area for Creole Origins: Crafting Creole Traditions, a special cultural program celebrating the artistry, foodways, and heritage of the Cane River region. Visitors can enjoy hands-on demonstrations, food samplings, and opportunities to meet local culture bearers and artisans who continue to preserve and share Creole traditions.

This program complements the Creole Origins exhibition currently on view at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum, offering guests a deeper look at the history and living traditions that shape Creole identity.

This event is FREE and open to all ages.
