I find that the house and fences of Mr. E[dwin] T. Merrick's square in Rickerville encroach some 80'.0 on Square No. 194 of Macartyville and that the fences of Mr. J. Ulrich's square in Rickerville encroach on Square No. 194 and enclose very nearly the whole Square No. 198 of Macartyville.
