Notes

2 ribbon maps, each delineating Mississippi River from Cape Girardeau to the Gulf of Mexico. "The Riker Mississippi Spillway will provide an absolutely safe passage from Cairo to the Gulf for more than twice the water that has ever passed down the Mississippi Valley in any given time and about double this amount as a flood crest." This was a proposed project, never undertaken.
