Celebrate America 250 with an interactive exploration of Colonial Louisiana at the Wedell-Williams Aviation & Cypress Sawmill Museum. Visitors will have the opportunity to touch and examine replica Revolutionary-era artifacts from a Louisiana State Museum traveling trunk, sponsored by the Louisiana America 250 Commission.

Designed for children ages 12 and up, this hands-on program offers a closer look at everyday life, material culture, and Louisiana’s role during the Revolutionary era. Younger children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
