Instructor Adrienne Byrd gives yoga classes every Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Cabildo on Jackson Square. If you don't have a mat, there are some available.

Jazz Yoga is offered weekly on Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. Each “Meditation & Mindfulness for Musicians and Everyone” class embarks on a grand tour of the body and the little motions that bring us into and out of the traditional yoga forms.
